Information for

Current Students

Practical resources for students already studying with LAAD.

This page is the practical hub rather than a prospectus: where to find your schedule, how to submit work, who to contact, and how to request the documents you need.

Several of the systems below are still being set up. Where that is the case it says so plainly, with the person to contact in the meantime.

Getting help quickly

If something is urgent — you cannot access a session, you are going to miss a deadline, or you need a document for an official purpose — contact the academy directly rather than waiting. Email and WhatsApp both reach admissions and student support.

Contact

Who to contact

Email and WhatsApp both reach the academy office. Please include your full name, your programme and, where relevant, your group or cohort — it makes it much faster to find your record and answer properly.

Contact details are on the contact page and in the footer of every page on this site.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

I cannot access a session. What should I do?

Contact the academy immediately by WhatsApp or email so the problem can be dealt with while the session is running, and so your absence is recorded correctly.

How do I request a letter confirming I am enrolled?

Email the academy with your full name, programme, what the letter needs to state, who it is for and when you need it by.

Where do I find my timetable?

Timetables are issued per programme and cohort by the academy. They are not published on this site.

What if I need an adjustment to study effectively?

Contact the academy and describe what would help. Adjustments are arranged case by case.

Who do I speak to if something has gone wrong?

Write to the academy by email so there is a written record, and set out what happened and what outcome you are asking for.
